Last week I saw the film The Trip to Italy… so this weekend I made fresh egg pasta and tomato sauce.
4 eggs + flour = pasta dough
5 campari tomatoes + 1 sliced garlic clove + 1 glug olive oil + salt = sauce
mixed greens & cucumber with balsamic vinaigrette for the salad course.
A very nice Sunday dinner, and one I could easily eat more than once a week.
